Hi! Tank you for the great review. At the moment I have the opportunity to buy either a Color Skopar or a Flektogon 35mm 2.4, but I do not know which of the two lenses is better. I would love to know if you had the opportunity to try these two lenses? And if so, what would your recommendation be? Thanks!

    • Hi Jean,
Flektogon 35 has shorter minimum rocus distance and larger magnification. That makes it more appealing for the smaller subjects, creative portraits and flowers e.g.

Color Skopar has flatter field, meaning it can be sharper in corners when stopped down.

Both lenses suffer in the direct light, Flektogon is slightly better in that regard IMHO.

Skopar has slightly better built quality

Flektogon is cheaper (should be), Skopar is smaller.

Which is better? Depends on your priorities.

      Cheers,
      Viktor
